i had to make a decision.
5 years of blogging is now gone. it's time to start from scratch.

hello! welcome to my blog! and consider this my first post. it's 11:35pm as i write this and i simply do not have the energy to make the kind of post that i'd truly like, but i guess this will have to do.

as i deleted the posts on this blog, i realized something - i have truly matured as a person. and if not matured, then changed. my emotions have become more stable, my taste in music has expanded, and my love for people and things have come and gone and memories have become all distorted. 

i also realized that my posts became way too infrequent and varied so much in quality. i am planning on making consistent blog posts, with less of a restraint on censorship. i will speak my mind, and i will speak it proudly. 

i will definitely be making some more in depth posts about my mind and my life (i am on spring break, after all), but tonight is just a night for decorating my blog to fit a certain aesthetic of mine.

i'm excited. i used to love writing so much.
it's time to find that love again.
