laundry day! time to wash all my clothes, bed sheets, pillow cases, socks ...

out of all of those items, something inside me makes me so happy to wash the pillow cases. if you're reading this, wash your pillow cases every week. your skin (especially the skin on your face), will thank you a thousand times over.
